Are Whippets Bad For U

Biomass (Ricardo)

The broadest definition of biomass would be considered as such for all the organic matter of vegetable or animal origin, including materials from natural or artificial processing. Classifying it as follows:
2.1. - Natural Biomass: is what occurs in nature without human intervention.
2.2. - Biomass residual, that is what generates all human activity, mainly in the agricultural process, farmers and the man himself, as, garbage and sewage.
2.3. - Biomass produced: that is cultivated for the purpose of obtaining biomass be converted into fuel instead of producing food, such as sugar cane in Brazil, aimed at the production of ethanol for fuel.
sources are forest extraction (currently exploited biomass for energy purposes), agricultural residues (are another important source of bioenergy, but not always reasonable to give this type of utility) and energy crops (it is discussed the desirability of the or plantation crops for energy purposes, not only for its profitability, but also exert competition with food and other necessities).
A biomass plant is responsible for obtaining electricity through different processes of transformation of organic matter. Basically the plant operation is as follows:
1. Biomass collection is prepared for conversion into liquid fuel.
2. This fuel is burned and heats water.
3. It produces high-pressure steam that drives the turbine and this in turn drives the generator to produce electricity.
4. The electricity produced is carried by power lines.
5. The heat of the steam is transmitted in the form of hot water.
